As Administration Assistant, reporting to the Office Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support the administration function and help with day to day client relations. This will include:
Office administration duties
Drafting bespoke client proposals
Drafting job advertisements
Uploading job posts to relevant websites
Assisting with social media and marketing campaigns
Sifting candidate applications
Uploading posts onto various Facebook/Social Media business pages
To succeed in this role, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
Some office administration experience
Be able to use your initiative and be willing to help at all times
A positive, friendly and motivated approach
A confident, dynamic and professional personality
Conversant with all Microsoft Office Packages
