Six figure earning potential.

A typical fee sharing consultant will earn in excess of £75,000 per annum in the first year.

You will be allocated an exclusive geographical region and supported with a marketing budget to build a successful customer base.

60% of gross fees earned by you.

10% of gross fees passed on by you to other consultants.

Ideal candidates.

A minimum of five years recruitment experience either in-house, agency or as a headhunter.

A good knowledge of the online recruitment marketplace.
