We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administration Assistant for a permanent position to be based at our office in Central London. Reporting to the team leader, the function of the role will be to support and assist our sales team in the day to day management of our online recruitment campaigns. You will be working with client brands that include some of the UKs biggest employers. Duties will include posting jobs online, managing candidate applications and CV searching through our network of online databases. You will also assist in general administrative support duties including drafting proposals. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a background in general administrative support, sales support or resourcing. You will have excellent PC skills and be proficient in using the Internet. You will be confident and courteous when dealing with customers and you will have outstanding telephone skills and communicate effectively in both writing and orally. Above all you will show flexibility in your working attitude and be willing to help those within the business as required.
