Purpose of Role Sales based recruitment position developing the skills and behaviours that are required in order to successfully source candidates and place candidates and generate recruitment fees on behalf of the Company. The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will manage the recruitment cycle from start to finish including the negotiation of terms of business and business development with support from more experienced members of the team.
