What are the KRAs: Drive best practice and efficient ways of working across the HR department and deliver continuous improvement initiatives Drive the HR channels of service to deliver operational efficiency and delivery (HR Intranet; Inbox; walk-ins; & phone) Subject matter expert across all HR processes and Policies and associated templates, guides, documents and training material Measure performance against agreed Service Level Agreements and identify proactive interventions to maintain agreed level of service at all times Work with global HR teams to drive joint-up thinking and best practice across all locations Responsible for HR data integrity, quality and consistency & all data linked processes to deliver accurate and reliable data at all times Owner of all HR reporting and proactive delivery to core customers across employee life-cycle (Starter; Movers; and Leavers) Ensure consistency and compliance in dealing with ER issues through establishing clear processes and guidelines Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the HR function; providing HR expertise and challenge across the functions Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends to advise on HR best practice approaches Support the delivery of reward projects across HR (salary review, performance review, benchmarking, engagement, recognition, etc) Lead on design of HR processes (and all associated templates) to drive full automation and standardisation from HRIS (CIPHR) Educate and train users on HRIS functionalities and systematised business processes Help with internal and external audits for RTW, HMRC, financial etc. SPOC for data protection and minimisation of data in the HR team (GDPR SPOC).
