The Role: As a Customer Escalations Advisor for our brand new client you will provide an exceptional customer experience, through effectively responding to escalated enquiries through a variety of communication channels as determined by client needs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve these queries and complaints in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution. You will understand the client's vision and values and ensure that these are reflected on a daily basis. You will be required to meet CPM's quality standards in all aspects of the role. You will work as part of a team and as directed by your Team Leader in order to ensure that all key client SLA's/ KPI's are met.
