The Role: As a Customer Escalations Advisor for our brand new client you will provide an exceptional customer experience, through effectively responding to escalated enquiries through a variety of communication channels as determined by client needs. You will work collaboratively with internal and external customers to resolve these queries and complaints in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution. You will understand the client's vision and values and ensure that these are reflected on a daily basis. You will be required to meet CPM's quality standards in all aspects of the role. You will work as part of a team and as directed by your Team Leader in order to ensure that all key client SLA's/ KPI's are met. You would enjoy this role is: *Proactive, confident and self-motivated *Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand the needs of the customer *Strong team work ethic *A confident telephone manner *Have an active interest in Social Media - desirable *Previous experience in handling contacts via Social Media - highly desirable *Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with other departments *Able to prioritise and manage work load using own initiative *Good keyboard skills and computer literacy are necessary together with an eye for detail *Passionate about our brands! *A 'Foodie' is highly desired Hours: (37.5 hours / 5 days per week) 9am - 5pm Monday - Sunday on a rota basis Benefits of working at CPM: *Salary: £19,000 - £20,000PA *22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31) *Monday - Friday with shifts between 8am - 5pm on a rota basis.
