There is an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Trainer with proven commercial experience in Project Management and Project Support to join our experienced training team in FDM's Glasgow Academy. The role will predominantly involve training the latest pool of talented graduates, helping shape and develop their future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Business Consultants. Based in central Glasgow, you will be working in a team of talented individuals, utilising your industry knowledge and sharing it with the future generation. Duties and Responsibilities • Delivering Business training modules effectively and to a high standard • Assessing and grading trainee work • Providing feedback to trainees • Providing coaching and support to trainees • Any other ad hoc duties as required Essential Criteria • Experience of Business Analysis in a corporate environment • Technical understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, Business Processes and Business Requirements • Experience of PRINCE2 • Commercial Experience in Project Management/ Project Support • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure • Ability to travel to other UK Academies approximately once per quarter Desirable Criteria (not essential) • Previous IT training experience • Knowledge of Agile Scrum • Lean Six Sigma • BCS • SQL/Excel knowledgeU
