Job Title Personal Assistant to Crispin Holborow Location Country Department, 33 Margaret Street, London, W1G 0JD Job Description e.g. Responsibilities, Duties , Hours Personal Assistant providing full administrative support to Crispin Holborow, Deputy Chairman of Savills Private Office, Country Director. Crispin is responsible for the top end of the country market, both Country Houses and Farms & Estates team, dealing with a wide range of high profile property sales and acquisitions, which require confidentiality and discretion. As such you will be in a unique position working with both the residential and rural divisions. The position involves: The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to work under pressure and a willingness to learn. They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment with conflicting priorities yet still be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with both clients and Savills colleagues. A self motivated individual, they will also be able to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and initiative. Duties will include: Providing full administrative support Working with clients and properties at the very top end of the country market Diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel bookings when required Audio/copy typing/report writing Filing online and offline, binding reports and photocopying Raising fee invoices and fee share allocation using both Reapit and Dynamics (in-house database) Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports, pitches and correspondence Dealing directly with clients, over the telephone, taking messages Setting up and maintaining filing and archiving systems Ensuring that files adhere to compliance regulations Preparing bespoke pitch reports Proof reading Maintaining a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues Exercising confidentiality and discretion at all times Assisting with booking, organising and collating local weekly advertising / booking and collating national advertising where necessary. Organisation of high profile networking events (including Masterpiece Art Fair, Chelsea Flower Show, the Georgian Group Awards) and department events. Hours are 9am - 6pm with one hour for lunch, but will be required to be flexible. You will need to be proactive and prepared to work as part of a team, helping out with general team duties. Candidate Profile e.g. Background, Experience, Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge, A team player with proven administrative and organisational skills. It is important that you are confident, enthusiastic and hard working. Attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner. The ability to work under pressure and a good sense of humour is vital. An interest in the country would be beneficial. Accurate Typing: 60 wpm - Copy and Audio Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Salary Salary details available upon application, commensurate with experience and skills.
