Helpdesk and Contract Support Manager Paying Upto £50k Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm This exciting post will be working for a well-established leading Facilities Management Provider. We are currently looking for a Dynamic individual to join a prestigious TFM Contract based in East London. The role will be tasked with working closely with all areas of Operations and Commercial to provide Contract support whilst leading a very busy Helpdesk. We are looking for this role to provide process improvements and enhance the performance of the team to achieve hitting all the expected KPI's.
