Onshore Array Cable Manager working on an exciting new wind farm project, to be based at the client's fantastic offices in Central London. Do you like to travel with work? Responsibility: Professional experience of working within document control for wind farms - Onshore substation. Ensure professional and timely Document Control support to a technical package. Ensure compliance to document and records management processes. Proactively ensure implementation and communication of the document and records management requirements, responsibilities, tools and processes. Ensure standardisation & best practices to develop, improve & align documentation quality across assets projects and the production line. Establish and maintain communications with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables. Work with the responsible package manager to ensure relevant supplier documentation deliverables in accordance with contract requirements. Work with the Package Manager to ensure distribution and review matrixes exit are updated at all times. Promote document flow processes ensuring traceability of documents. Implement monthly review & quarterly baseline review of package master document registers against the contractual delivery plans. Ensure traceability of documentation by facilitating and ensuring a controlled document review process. Ensure readiness of as-built packages. Support documentation transfer to O&M and OFTO in close corporation with the Records Manager. Support the Quality team in their delivery of project quality standards and liaise with Quality Manager where sub-standard and non-conformances are identified within documentation. Qualifications: 3 - 5 years. work experience within project documentation as a controller or QA/QC roles in engineering projects.
