We are looking for an equally smart, fun and ambitious Account Manager with experience to join our growing team. This role will see you managing and growing a portfolio of 20-30 key B2B accounts, amazing our customers with your personal service and identifying growth opportunities through your strong commercial acumen to maximise account potential. What will you bring: You will make a true difference to our business with your ability to WOW customers and add value to our proposition. You will have previous experience managing a number of large and complex accounts and will have a proven ability to meet and exceed targets. You will be well versed in face to face client interaction and be skilled in preparing commercial proposals. And of course, we love it that you care about the planet! Cool under pressure, excellent at multi-tasking and a logical thinker, you will be able to offer us proven commercial experience of maintaining high customer retention and driving growth, underpinned by your analytical, creative and strategic approach to managing your customer base. In return we offer a base salary of £35,000 with an earning potential including bonus scheme of up to £52,500. In the field, you will become an expert in your territory, carrying out regular visits to potential customers, learning the market landscape and raising awareness of First Mile's mission and values. In the office, you will be setting up and attending meetings with potential customers and following up on business leads and referrals.
