Our client are a large government organisation and are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicant. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and manage the calendar and commitments of senior level managementand maximise time and resources in an efficient manner. The successful applicant will be expected to come on board and arrange events, conferences and meetings as well as the day to day diary scheduling the senior management availability. You will also mentor less experienced colleagues and provide research to the Director when required and arrange payment of invoices, expenses and approvals. Our client are a large corporate based in the city and are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and provide an efficient and accurate service support for their daily financial transactions as well as supporting other departments. The4 successful applicant will be required to come on board and assist with the banking of client and office account receipts and updating ledgers.
