An opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven Help to Buy experience to become a Team Leader based in Bristol. As the Team Leader you’ll ensure the successful delivery of Help to Buy, through effective management of a team of Help to Buy Assistants. You will ensure that Key Performance Indicators are achieved and that a high quality service is provided to customers and external stakeholders which will require monitoring operational performance levels. To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience of working in a Help to Buy role and the drive and aptitude to oversee a team of assistants whilst also managing a caseload of your own. You’ll be a self-starter with a proactive approach and possess the ability to work without close supervision. Effective decision making skills, strong attention to detail and having the ability to prioritise workloads to meet targets are also key requirements of this position.
