Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Sales to join Sovereign Living’s team. The role is based in Bristol but covers a wide geography with travel required throughout our South West operating area.

Sovereign is committed to developing great homes and communities and is taking big steps towards our growth ambition of building 1,900 homes a year by 2022. With over 25 years’ experience of successfully delivering a range of affordable home ownership products and services this is a period of significant growth for Sovereign Living; with a target to sell over 600 Shared Ownership homes this year and more in the future.

Every employee has a crucial role to deliver our strategy. We will continue to embed a culture of challenge and support to help our people succeed. You will lead and manage a talented regional sales team working together to deliver great customer services, implement and continuously improve our systems and ways of working. You will be also responsible for representing Sovereign Living and increasing our sector profile and influence, engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and customers and be a key member of our innovative leadership team.

To succeed in this role candidates will ideally have knowledge of shared ownership sales or have worked in new home sales. You will be experienced in leading and developing high performance teams and have an excellent customer service ethos. You will have strong influencing skills to build credible relationships with stakeholders and peers, as well as a drive to hit targets and manage and deliver large programmes of work.

You will be required to travel in this role and therefore a Full UK Driver’s License is essential.
