Job Description

About the role:

This is a new role within our Technology and Change team which has responsibility for defining and managing the overall JRF/JRHT technical and functional architecture working with the wider business to achieve the target operating model whilst understanding the challenges of legacy to future state transition.

You will work closely with the Technology and Change Director and other key stakeholders across the organisation to define and manage a transitional program plan whilst defining and managing a data management strategy that puts scalable digital solutions at the heart of the organisation’s technology offering.

This is a busy and influential role and is part of the Technology and Change Leadership Team which is fully responsible for all aspects of IT; systems, applications and devices that form part of, or connect to the corporate network both physically or virtually regardless of location, end user or function.

About you:

You will possess extensive experience of working in an Enterprise Solution Architect / Business Architect / Business Analyst role within a complex organisation and ideally be TOGAF, MODAF or DODAF qualified. Having strong analytical skills you will also possess the credibility to negotiate and influence others as well as working within a data quality strategy.

Your communication skills will be exemplary as will your ability to build and maintain robust working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work with others to align them to the organisations mission and enable then through technology to perform to the best of their ability.
